Dita Ndërkombëtare e Bamirësisë kremtohet çdo vit më 5 shtator për nder të Nënë Terezës, e cila mori Çmimin Nobel për Paqe për punën e ndërmarrë në luftën kunder varfërisë dhe vuajtjeve, të cilat përbëjnë kërcënim për paqen. Kjo ditë u krijua nga Asambleja e Përgjithshme e Kombeve të Bashkuara për të edukuar individët, OJQ-të dhe qytetaret mbi rëndësinë e pjesëmarrjes në projekte bamirësie.
Kjo festë shërben si perkujtues i rëndësishëm për të bashkuar njerëzit nga e gjithë bota për të kontribuar në mirëqenien e qytetareve më të prekur të shoqërisë.
Pleased to share photos from study visit organized by Mother Theresa Society and Center for Regionalism where Municipality of Fushe Kosove, Novoberd and Dragash hosted their colleagues from Municipalities of Bujanovac, Senta, Tutin, Sjenica, Dimotrovgrad, Zabalj, Baca, Prijepolje, Presevo and Knjazevac. Activity was well received and served as platform for discussions, exchange of experiences as it introduced the legislation and mechanisms in force to support non-majority community members, women and youth.
In January of this year, representatives of youth organizations from Kosovo took part in a two-day capacity building training in Novi Sad. On this occasion, contracts were signed with representatives of partner youth organizations from Serbia for the joint realization of 15 small grants. This activity is implemented within the framework of the sub-grant program within the framework of the project “Further Development of Civic Dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo” financed by the European Union office in Kosovo, and implemented by the Mother Teresa Organization and the Center for Regionalization.
Please to inform you that over 30 representatives of 10 Municipalities from Kosova participated in Study Visit in Municipality of Senta, Bujanovc and Novi Sad in Serbia. The activity is funded by European Union within project ” Further development of dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo’.
